  • Free shipping for all orders over $100 world wide.
  • $10/flat shipping cost for orders less than $100 world wide.

Shipping methods:

We ship by express air mail through Australia Post. You pick up at your local Post Office.  Occasionally, we use private couriers for domestic order delivery but not international delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery Time:
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of clearance of payment. It usually takes 3-5 working days to reach you within Australia, 10-30 days to reach you in China and 7-14 working days to reach you world wide. (unless around crazy seasons).

All products online that you can purchase by clicking on the buy buttons, are in stock and can be despatched within 24 hours. Any products you can see but can’t find a “pay” button to make a purchase means it is temporarily out of stock. When the stock is back in, the “pay” button will be activated again. Anything we no longer stock will be taken off the shelf straight away.  If it is an item to be pre-ordered, it will be in the Subscription Central with a clear notice on when it will be delivered. So relax and make your order.

Delivery Process:
At every stage of processing your order, an automated email will be sent to your online account (sign in your online account with us, you should see it). Once you see the email notification of “shipped”, you can start counting down, around the 10th day, you can watch out for the delivery notice. Get anxious if you don’t receive your order 2 weeks after the “shipped” notice. Wait for another few days if there are two weekends. Then email me if you still don’t see the parcel.
