Hoops from the Thimblelady

14" square hoop (pine wood). Hoop rotates full circle on the stand maintaining 22 degree facing you without the need of any adjustment. Riding on the base piece, you will be both hands free from carrying a hoop. The weight of the quilt will be on the seat not on your lap.
