Prices:
All prices and charges are quoted in Australian Dollars and/or U.S. Dollars. Please email or call for pricing in other countries.

Delivery Policy:
All orders will be dispatched within 3-10 business days upon receipt of your full payment.

Return Policy:
All our products are individually inspected before delivery. However, a full refund including postage will be provided should our products have any manufacturing faults.
Thimbles will only be exchanged if returned unused within two weeks of delivery and with postage born by the purchaser.
Registered mail is required for our products should any exchange occur.

Thimblelady will not, under any circumstances, collect or retain any personal information of our customers without their consent.
We will not send you any advertising or products information unless you wish us to do so.
