Friends can also enjoy free help during our free happy hour (2pm-3pm, 1st-7th of every month, Sydney time) online via Live Support and offline at the shop/studio for help from Liuxin. Apart from exclusive services and discounts inside each Friend's account, Friends (interstate and international) can also visit Sydney shop/studio by appointments. If a Friend is visiting Sydney, email Thimblelady with a time you want to visit the shop. Local Friends can DIY shopping (cut your own fabrics etc for a much lower price) at the shop during our regular 7 opening days.
